Ants are one of the most successful species on our planet. Only a very few areas are not suitable for ants, such as the Antarctic. In most other ecosystems we can find ants and they play an important role in biodiversity. A garden without ants can indicate that there's something really wrong with the soil. In general ants are good to have, but sometimes they can be a problem.
